Short-term firm and non-firm point-to-point transmission
service
Effective June 1, 1998, the Southwest Power Pool (SWPP) began offering
non-firm and short-term firm point-to-point transmission services under
a regional tariff. Since Empire's facilities are under the SWPP Regional
Tariff, non-firm and short-term firm service must be requested on SWPP's
