Western Farmers Electric Cooperative is not a Public Utility as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and, as such, does not fall under the regulations pertaining to Public Utilities. Western Farmers Electric Cooperative does, however, voluntarily comply with all regulations applicable to Public Utilities.
