Per the tie operator, minimum flow on the Ercot North DC tie is 25.
The North tie is limited to 210 max flow due to control problems. There are no repair plans in the immediate future.
*NOTE: The North DC tie is dynamically scheduled from a South to North (Out of ERCOT) direction. SPP does not sell unscheduled Firm or Non-Firm counterflow in this direction.
The North tie returned to full service at 2200 hours on 6.24.08.
