On March 12, 2007, the ITO hosted a conference call to discuss recent postings of Non-Firm Hourly ATC values for past hours. The participants discussed the ATC calculation methodology and process as it relates to this issue. The ITO staff also presented the corrective measures that have been initiated to preclude future postings of Non-Firm ATC values for past hours.

The ITO staff met with Representatives of EON-US Energy Marketing and the EON Transmission Organization on March 5, 2007 to address the customer's concerns regarding its system impact studies. In this context, the ITO staff clarified and explained the ITO’s interpretation of the tariff requirements related to the ITO System Impact Study process, the System Impact Study criteria, annual load forecast updates for Network customers, and the administration of the ITO System Impact Study queue. The ITO advised the parties in this meeting that an OASIS posting would be made shortly describing the criteria applied to changes in Network Customer load forecast. These criteria would detail the way in which the ITO determines whether or not a System Impact Study is required to accommodate a revision in load forecast.
