QUESTION: Who should I contact for additional permissions?
ANSWER: Customer and provider permissions for a company are assigned only at the request of the transmission provider. If your company already has customer permissions to the provider in question, your security officer may request customer-level permissions for your certificate directly to the node administrator. If your company has no users with customer permissions, this indicates a lack of a transmission service agreement with a provider. In this case, only the provider will have to contact the node administrator and request the addition of your company to that provider's customer list.
