Instances of Disclosures

All instances where Westar Energy has improperly disclosed information to its Wholesale Merchant Function shall be posted under "Messages, Standards of Conduct" on the Westar Energy OASIS Home page pursuant to 358.5 (b)(3) of the appliciable regulations.  All self reports to the commission shall be posted below.

Self Reports

SR2007-1  - A link was found in a computer system that could have allowed the WMF to access tie meter data.*

SR2007-2  - An Executive Summary was circulated to a WMF employee that contained some transmission data (10/9/07).*

SOC Postings

OASIS Posting No. 19 - An email containing potential budget data related to transmission projects was distributed to a WMF employee (7/1/08)*
